    KULLANIM AMACI
      

ADIMSAN 110/ 10 Amp- 24V/ 10 Amp redressers can be used to charge storage battery and supplement DC voltage in every local area, where there is a need for DC. Without being influenced by voltage increases and decreases in the network, the system charges every part with 23 V. Voltage and current can e controlled with the help of voltmeter and ammeter on the redresser. If ammeter decreases below 1.0 ampere -while charging the storage battery- redresser cuts charging, makes the storage battery boil and thus extends the life of storage battery.

 
 Exit voltage of Adımsan redresser can provide required voltage for the system without being influenced by network voltage and by ebb and tide in the power current. Thanks to a filter in the exit of redresser, controlled by THYRISTOR, wave factor stays a % 7.5, while it is both on and off, and thus it provides a constant voltage. ADIMSAN REDRESSERS can be produced at 12 V - 220 V DC voltage interval.

  GAR AS 24 STORAGE BATTERY THAT DOES NOT NEED FOR CARE + REDRESSER
  
    USAGE PURPOSE
    This type of storage battery group is used in the small transformer centers, where the care expenses for more powerful storage battery redresser exceeds its benefits. This provides the source of DC for the system. The inside structure of the device divides into two groups.
  1 - STORAGE BATTERY GROUP THAT DOES NOT NEED FOR CARE
    GAR AS 24 has two 12 V storage batteries that do not need for care. These storage batteries are of 6.5 Ah minimally. By connecting these two storage batteries as series, the required 24 V DC is acquired. Dry storage batteries distinguishes from traditional stational storage batteries by those:

-  Dry storage batteries do not leak acids.

 - They do not produce gases, in case of excessive charging.

 - There is not any danger of explosion.

 - In normal conditions, their lives are 5-6 years.

 - In case of quick discharge, they can be recharged.

 - The rate that they discharge themselves is % 3.

 - The temperature interval for their working is large.

  2 -STORAGE BATTERY CHARGE GROUP
       The regulation of charge in GAR AS 24 is through applying constant voltage to the storage batteries. The voltage current at the beginning is restricted to 0. 75 – 1.2 Ah. Consequently, the effectiveness of the storage batteries in the device becomes increased. 220 VAC entrance is decreased to 30 VAC voltage with the help of transformer. The acquired 30 VAC voltage –in order to prevent heating up AC voltage regulator and causing loss, with the help of phase controlled pointer- is filtered and converted to DC voltage. This DC voltage is given another regulator to produce 2.4 V exit for every part and 27.6 V exit totally.
