SAFETY SWITCH AND CORD

    USAGE PURPOSE
     Safety Switch and Cord is used in transfer conveyor lines and transfer systems as emergency switch.

    TECHNIAL DATA
 
   -   TYP 013 Ý.Þ series is produced as suitable to standard environments. Its aluminum main part is powder painted, and the other mechanical parts are galvanized.
   -   Cable holes are of three ways and of the same standard as that of PG 16 Sleeve.
   -  Safety Switch and Cord is designed for both long and short spaces. (Max. 50 meters)
   -   Only one Adýmsan Safety Switch and Cord can provide required solution to right-left lines.
    -   Switch part within the Safety Switch is of Telemecanique brand and can stand for 5.000.000 turn on/off.
   -  There is 1NO-1NC contact on the switch. (OF QUICK CHARACTER)
   
    WORKING PRINCIPLE
 
             Safety Switch and Cord is designed for the safety of goods. It is mounted on a place near the line in the conveyor transfer lines. It is produced for the emergency stop with the help of cord and other required accessories. It is mounted at the desired intervals. When the cord is pulled, the switch within the electromechanical system changed its position, stopped power and command of the system and sent breakdown signals to the required operator panels or PLC SCADA system. Consequently, thanks to SAFETY SWITCH AND CORD, safety for goods and lives is provided.

USAGE PURPOS
TYP 015 P.Ý.Þ Rustproof safety switch and cord has the same the same usage features as those of standard TYP 013 Ý.Þ... It is produced for the use in the production systems which have chemicals and heavy corrosion.
 
 
  TECHNIAL FEATURES
       The mechanism of product is made up from rustproof steel and golden metals. Besides, it is covered by chromic nickels. Before electrostatic painting, the Aluminum main part is put on epoxy process.
