TYP 013 B. K. series is produced as suitable to standard environments. Its aluminum main part is electrostatic-painted, and the other mechanical parts are electro-galvanized |
| - Cable holes are of three ways and better than the standard of PG 16 Sleeve. |
| - Protection class is designed for excessive dust and heavy working environments. |
| - For the rubber belts, there are limbs made of Teflon. The height of the limb can be adjusted. (±40 mm) |
| - Switch part within the Safety Switch is of Telemecanique brand and can stand for 5.000.000 turn on/off. |
| - There is only one switch in the mechanism and it has 1NO 1NC contacts. |

| Working Principle |
| |
| It is produced to provide safety for goods and transferred goods in transfer conveyor lines against the line slides. The slide signals coming from the rubber belt are watched in the operator panel or in the PLC scada electrically. In the case of excessive slide, the mechanism locks itself electromechanically, and thus, with the operator's intervention in the local breakdown, much more loss is prevented |
